Re: Proposed Last Will and Testament & Deed Transfer

Dear Client:

It was our pleasure to have you view our website today regarding the above.

Enclosed you will find an Information Form regarding a Last Will and Testament, together  with a Letter of Instructions.

Please fill out the Information Form with the information  requested, and return it to our office so that we can advise you regarding a will, the health care proxy, and the living will.. My staff and I will be happy to answer any questions you may have.

We will also need copies of statements of your various asset accounts (securities, insurance polices, bank accounts, etc.) to help us determine the most advantageous construct of the will for tax or Medicaid purposes. Naturally, all information is kept in the strictest confidence according to law.

The Letter of Instructions is very useful for family members when needed.  It is not incorporated into the Will. We also recommend that substantial powers of attorney be prepared in case you or your spouse is disabled. We believe a transfer of deed to the children with a life estate to you and your spouse is something to consider, perhaps with a joint venture agreement between the children.  We will discuss these planning tools when we meet.

After we review your documents and talk, if you would like us to prepare them we would be happy to do so.  When you are ready, and the documents are prepared, we will arrange a time for their execution.  Our fees are general fees for simple trust wills. If more extensive documents are necessary we will quote on  hourly basis.

Thank you for the opportunity to be of assistance.

Very truly yours,

PAUL STEPHEN BEEBER
